This project was designed to create a rental-friendly apartment that balances organic warmth, modern sophistication, and budget-conscious choices. Inspired by the essence of Tulum, the concept embraces natural textures, soft tones, and simple lines to offer a serene and elevated atmosphere.

Each area of the condo was curated to be comfortable, durable, and inviting. The selection of materials and furniture ensures practicality for rental use while maintaining a refined and cohesive aesthetic throughout the space.
